2. Nature of the Business — Handmade & Made-to-Order
2.1 No Two Items Are Identical
Each piece is uniquely handcrafted. Minor variations in shape, size, texture, and finish are natural and expected. These are the hallmark of genuine handmade craftsmanship and are not grounds for returns or refunds.
2.2 Color Representation Disclaimer
Product colors displayed online are subject to screen variations. We cannot guarantee a pixel-perfect color match.
2.3 Made-to-Order Production
Production begins only upon confirmed payment. Standard timeline is 3 to 5 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
3. Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders are placed exclusively through our official website. An order is confirmed only when payment is verified. FODRAH reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud or inability to produce a specific customization.
