Return & Refund Policy
R1. Custom & Personalized Orders — No Returns
Custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once production has begun.
This includes any items with customer-selected colors, initials, text, or specific charms.
R2. Standard (Non-Custom) Orders
Return Window — 3 Days
You have 3 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchange Window — 7 Days
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to request a product exchange or substitution for standard items.
R3. Eligibility Conditions
- Item must not be a customized/personalized order.
- Issue must be reported within the 3/7 day window.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
R4. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, you must document it immediately. A video or photos must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. FODRAH will review the evidence and may offer a remake or store credit.
R6. Refund Policy
Cash refunds are issued exclusively for orders paid via Bank Transfer. For all other payment methods (COD, etc.), approved returns result in Store Credit, valid for 12 months.
